Passport Renewal Requirements

You can renew if you answer 'yes' to ALL 5 statements below about your passport.

I have my passport in my possession to submit with my application.

My Passport is undamaged other than normal wear and tears.

My Passport was issued when I was 16 years old or older.

My Passport was issued within the last 15 years.

My Passport was issued with my current name or I can document my name change.
